I’ve spent some time weighing how best to secure approval for my requested budget. I initially vacillated between—on the one hand—resorting to undignified, whiny, and deviously investigative tactics (unsheathing the claws of conversion-oriented, emancipatory fanaticism at the critical moment) to beg, wheedle, and crony-ishly cozy up to your "Daughtycompanynetworkerempathizersyndicate(?!)"...
...and—on the other hand—opting not to brazenly, excessively, or absurdly (in a paradoxically cheeky, "super-cool," yet garishly serious manner) request any further funds from the supervision budget for *https://starfleetUpTo.date* or any of my other domain-specific expenses through July 1, 2027. Instead, I’ve decided to content myself with the approval of the €830 sum until July of next year.
There is no mandatory legal form for operating an online community in Germany. The choice of organizational structure depends heavily on the size, purpose, and profit motive.
🎖️🎖️🎖️ With Profit Motive (Commercial) 🎖️🎖️🎖️
Sole proprietorship (*Einzelunternehmen*): The simplest form if a single individual operates the platform. Liability: The operator is fully liable with their personal assets.
❇️✨ UG (limited liability) (*UG (haftungsbeschränkt)*): The "Mini-GmbH." A popular choice for limiting the personal risk of community operators. Liability: Liability is limited to the company's assets. Advantage: Can be founded with as little as 1 euro in share capital. ✨✅
GmbH: The classic legal form for larger commercial projects with multiple shareholders. Liability: Limited to the share capital. Advantage: High level of professional credibility; however, it requires 25,000 euros in share capital.
⛑️ Important legal obligations: Regardless of the chosen legal form, strict legal requirements must be observed when operating in Germany:
✅ Mandatory legal notice (*Impressum*): Every commercial (and usually private) online community requires a clear legal notice.
❇️ Terms of use and data protection: Clear rules regarding user interaction ("virtual house rules") and a GDPR-compliant privacy policy are essential. Liability for content: Under certain circumstances, operators are liable for content published by users on the platform. Here is my concise statement—which, in my view, interrelates all relevant aspects to best foster a robust sense of responsibility:
The UG corporate form—a limited-liability "€1 'Mini-Punk-GmbH'-cum-'Ick-AG'"—was successfully pushed through by rational, forward-looking "reformers-in-the-making," specifically in the face of perfidious, pettifogging nitpickers who delighted in harassment. Do not position yourself as an antagonist to such well-earned civilizational progress—which fosters lawful, constructive freedom—thereby denying yourself, and especially those seeking rehabilitation and integration, the opportunity to utilize this legal framework for constructive purposes. Do not resort to the worst, most idiotic attempts to mask the obvious with hate-mongering and just worsening excuses towards those who desire and deserve to emancipate propagated from future since the day-after-tomorrow (reflected by factivists who were already saying this the day before yesterday) regarding the caste of the "med-psy subhuman" (or, at the very least, the stigmatized figure whose status is—however slowly—being phased out) ... clearing the stage for some space nerds illuminaziveganeopunks preferring to support styling the inet, doing b2b, marketing and dating instead of vandalizing and hillarious psychocinetic parasitically armsraces...
We are the ones who rely on this most, who stand to benefit the most, and who truly value it.
Otherwise, it is all too easy for us to be treated like cattle—dismissed as schizo-choleric, anxiety-ridden basket cases.
Okay, just a few words to set the record straight... The achievements already made—or the requirements (marked with green emojis) that are about to be fulfilled—must be recognized and put into practice! You must make your superior and the supervisory authorities aware that the shared objective neither consists of—nor should, can, or must consist of—long-term client dependency or a regime of "pills, food, sleep, shit, and mutual parasitism" akin to keeping predatory human cattle!!! Therefore: approve the requested budget and the business startup, and entrust client Felix Czeck with sole legal responsibility for the venture—initially as a UG [entrepreneurial company], with the long-term prospect of becoming a cooperative!! An alternative or supplementary measure: establish an agency-style editorial team—including shared tasks in community administration—to prevent legal violations and breaches of personal rights (even acting as the sole safeguard against them). This ensures that a project driven by a refreshingly provocative, noble, and visionary spirit does not devolve into a frustrating "web ruin" of wallowing in resignation. To prevent things from going to ruin, each of us will now appoint at least 3–4 additional editorial team members—or rather, "Cooperative Company Share License" investment recommendees!!!
Many thanks for the moral and motivational guidance, as well as the attention, and here’s to imminent success!!!!
